Song Tengfei: Joined in March 2005, working in United for 18 years, currently holding the position of Sales Director
Q1：When did you join the company and what positions have you held in the company?
A: I joined the company in March 2005, and have experienced production, quality control, new product development, and in 2008, the company joined the sales department due to the business need to form a domestic sales department.
Q2：When you first joined the company, what was the situation of the company and how was it different from now?
A: When I first came here, there were 30-40 people in the company, and we rented a three-story factory, small but fine, we got along with each other in the work, and helped each other, we felt very warm, although there were not many people at that time, but everyone was very responsible, the company also took care of the work and life of the staff. 2007, with the breakthrough of our nano-diamond, we welcomed our own factory, the company moved to Jingkai District No. 176, Fifth Street, covering an area of 60 acres; we started the road of our company's innovation in the hard and brittle material industry (sapphire, silicon carbide, ceramics), semiconductor deep plowing, and differentiated development than our peers. With the continuous growth of the company's scale and volume, the company moved to Tengda Road, No.1 Street, Jingkai District in 2019.
Q3: What is the most moving thing for you in all the years in the company?
A: The most touching thing is actually not a certain thing, but the people of the joint. From the top to the bottom, for example, traveling with Mr. Wang, who has a bad lumbar spine, traveled long distances to be able to meet with customers as promised. Another example is the new product development and follow-up moment, R & D staff gave up accompanying their families to stay at the customer site for two or three months, from no complaints until the product is made, from the joint family learned too much, determined that the goal will definitely persist, have ideals and ambitions, but also slowly found their own direction. There are too many touches in United, which is also the unique culture of United people.
Q4：As a veteran employee, what do you want to say to the United
A: I hope the company can develop steadily for the better, continue to innovate and lead, be the pioneer of diamond advanced materials, and lead the new future of ultra-precision surface processing technology.
Q5: For the new employees, do you have any skills and experience to pass on to them at work, and any advice for new employees?
A: That's too much, all the time, especially for our department staff, from food, clothing, housing, speech and behavior, are communicating with everyone. Suggest that new employees can be down-to-earth, progressive and good learning, in addition to their own work, can learn more, more to understand, the art of more than the body. Take our department, new employees first to research and development, to learn product knowledge, to improve themselves. Only if they know enough, they can serve customers better when they communicate with them in the future, so that they are willing to listen and understand, and we hope that we can be generous and decent and relaxed no matter we get along with customers or family and friends.
Q6: What have you gained in the company over the years? What have you gained in your personal life?
A: When I first graduated, I came to the United, because it was a job, so it can be said that from an ignorant child, in the joint growth and the United have seen a lot of people and things, from the beginning of the more listen less talk, to now can take charge of a side, really from the United family learned a lot. Whether it is product knowledge, business experience, etc. have gained too much. Of course, the harvest in the United is the harvest of family, a daughter-in-law, children, a lifelong goal.
Q7: What do you think has changed in the company over the years?
A: I think the change is the change of consciousness. With the development of the company, the scale of the enterprise is getting bigger and bigger, the awareness of capital, management, internal control, and the awareness of all the people in the company are all improving, I think this is the change.
Q8: What do you think the future development of the company is?
A: The prospect of the industry is very good, combined with the current double carbon, our company does products are able to see the benefits of stability. Although we do not do the livelihood of the industry, but the products are closely related to everyone, our products are indispensable consumables, the company pays great attention to research and development, in the industry part of the product in the position, I believe that the next, the company will be able to develop better and better, leading our joint people to a better and better life.
